The boiler package is a standard care plan which includes an annual service of your gas boiler, flue and controls. If you’re a landlord, you’ll also get a Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR).

Your Home

This plan care more systems within your home and includes boiler and heating care, plus plumbing, drains, and home electrics checks and maintenance. Landlords will also get an LGSR.

When purchasing our energy and service bundle, a Hometree engineer will visit your home on pre-scheduled dates to complete the relevant checks based on your chosen package. If you have an emergency, Hometree will be available both day and night, with 90% of all of their emergency callouts being dealt with and systems fixed within 24 hours.
