Ampower has been named one of the top 5 companies for quick call handling response times. Which? carried out a snapshot investigation to find out how quickly they could get through to a human within a number of energy providers.
How did Ampower do?
In September and October of 2019, Which? contacted 36 energy companies through live chat, phone and email/online forms. They got in touch at 12 different times throughout the same day, along with extra calls on separate days based on the companies stated opening hours.
Ampower answered the phone within 60 seconds and was, in fact, the quickest out of the 36 energy firms to respond to their customers via telephone.
